Estas cartografías son un ejercicio de memoria afectiva, una invitación a recordar, a contar(nos) como vidas más allá de los números, a narrarnos territorio testigo de genocidios que empezaron en este país hace 12… 60… 500 años… Nacen a partir de las topografías de municipios colombianos víctimas de masacres sucedidas a lo largo del 2021. Son huellas de la sangre que es pigmento que se adhiere al suelo y que aunque envejezca con el tiempo, se rehusa a ser olvidada.
These cartographies are an exercise of affective memory, an invitation to remember, to count(us) as lives beyond numbers, to narrate to us territory witness of genocides that began in this country 12... 60... 500 years ago... They are born from the topographies of Colombian municipalities victims of massacres happened throughout 2021. They are traces of the blood that is a pigment that adheres to the ground and that, although it ages with time, refuses to be forgotten.
